Our Dog Boarding Policies

Check-In & Check-Out Hours 

We offer two daily office windows for boarding drop-off and pick-up: 

Monday–Friday: 8-10 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. 

Saturday–Sunday: 8-11 a.m. 

Hotel-Style Pricing

Our boarding rates follow a hotel-style pricing model, and late checkouts are subject to an additional fee.

The first day of your dog’s stay is always billed regardless of drop-off time.

  • Pickups during morning office hours are complimentary — no charge for that day.
  • Pickups during afternoon office hours incur a $41 late checkout fee.
  • Services requested outside of regular business hours carry a $25 fee, giving our team the time needed to clean, reset, and prepare each space so every guest settles into a calm, fresh environment.

Boarding Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your reservation during the following times of year:

Major Holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

  • A 2-night deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancel 5+ days in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of your reservation start date will forfeit the deposit.

May through August

  • A 1-night deposit is required for all reservations.

Deluxe Accommodations

  • Due to high demand, Deluxe reservations require a 1-night deposit year-round.

What vaccinations are required for boarding?

To ensure the safety of all guests, dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinationsPlease upload proof of vaccinations into our Hyline Hotel mobile app prior to arrival. Dogs without current, verified vaccinations will not be permitted to stay.

How many times will my dog go outside?

Boarding guests enjoy four structured play sessions daily between 6 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Are playgroups supervised?

Yes. Playgroups are monitored 100% of the time by trained professional dog handlers.

What if my dog doesn’t enjoy group play?

We provide additional one-on-one time in our fields for dogs who prefer individual attention.

Can multiple dogs stay together?

Yes. We offer adjoining kennel options and discounted pricing for additional dogs sharing a kennel. They must be from the same household.

Can you administer medication?

We’re happy to administer most medications. We cannot administer life-sustaining medications (such as chemotherapy), insulin, or anything requiring a needle injection.

Do you offer tours?
